This is an Analog to DMF cable, intended to connect your Digital Microforce directly to an MDR3 or MDR5. Otherwise known as the "brown" cable or, in the case of the new MDR5, the "yellow" zoom cable. This will allow the DMF to directly control a Preston motor affixed to the zoom channel of the MDR3 or MDR5 and is necessary for correct scaling of the Light Ranger 2 system when using zoom lenses.
Preston equivalent of cable number 4765 or 8766.
