All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 
Please check the configuration of your order before finalizing and placing your order. In particular, please ensure you have selected the correct camera, Steadicam and hardware models, verify the correct pin diagrams displayed or featured, and verify that your cable length, colour, and all other options are correct before finalizing your order. Once orders are submitted and paid for, they cannot be returned for any reason as all cables are custom made for each customer and we do not stock cables for sale, therefore we cannot accept returns. If you notice a mistake after submitting an order, please get in touch with us immediately to let us know. If we have not begun fulfilling your order, we can make the appropriate changes to your order before fulfillment. Once fulfillment is complete, we cannot change the order. If you are at all unsure about your hardware or which cable configuration to select, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us before placing your order and we will be glad to offer assistance and help you verify the correct configuration you require.
All cables are assembled by hand in Toronto, Canada using genuine components, and in accordance with the manufacturer's original published pin configuration for the hardware you have selected. Each cable is continuity tested for correct pin configuration and dead shorting. Engineered Cinema Solutions assumes no responsibility or liability for damaged equipment or property due to incorrect polarity, voltage, pin configuration, incorrect cable ordered or cable failure due to stress, damage, negligence or abuse.
Our cables are of the highest quality, but mistakes can happen. If you have a problem with your new cable(s) within 14 days of receiving it, including a defect in workmanship or you have received an incorrect configuration than that which was requested in your original order, please get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In this case we may send you a return label to send us the cable(s) back. Upon receiving the cable(s) and after inspection, if we deem a defect in parts or assembly has occurred, we will remedy the defect or issue you replacements at our own expense, including return shipping. If we determine (at our sole discretion) that no defect in parts or assembly has occurred or that user neglect, damage or abuse has occurred by the customer, we may offer to repair the damaged cable(s) for you and ship it back to you at your expense. In this case, we cannot ship the repaired cable(s) back to you until all parts, labor and shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
Finally, we strive to maintain a healthy stock of parts required for popular cables, however certain connectors and parts can take up to several weeks for us to receive from our suppliers, and therefore no guarantee can be made on fulfillment time. In most cases, small orders can be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks, however large or uncommon orders/configurations and unpredictable supplier shortages may cause your order to take longer to fulfill. We will do our best to keep you updated on a delivery date for your order. If you place your order with us and we realize that the parts required to fulfill your order are not in stock and the fulfillment time for the order may be longer than 2 weeks, we will contact you to notify you, at which point you may cancel the order for a full refund or proceed by agreeing to a longer fulfillment time. Beyond this point, no refunds can be offered for extended fulfillment times and no guarantees on delivery dates can be made.
